Have an idea but don’t know quite how to bring it to life? Provide us the details and let us create a custom design that will capture your personal flair and overall vision. Don’t know exactly what you want? No problem! Give us a general idea of the type of design for which you are looking. We can incorporate color schemes or themes to make your designs perfectly coordinate with your event. The possibilities are endless!
1. Request a quote
To request a free quote for your project, please fill out this form. So that we may serve you best, please include the general idea for your custom design. If you have specifics in mind, provide as much detail as possible (general tone, style, color) to ensure that we capture your vision.
After your submission is reviewed, you will receive an itemized quote for the design. Should you choose us for your design needs, we ask that you carefully review our Service Agreement.
We will set up a consultation either by email, phone or in person to discuss your ideas further. A 50% deposit of the total design price is due at the time of consultation or before we begin the designing phase.
2. Design proofs
Once the deposit is received, we will create designs based on your ideas by sending you a minimum of two different design proofs from which to choose.
Proofs will be provided as .pdf files for your feedback. Please note these are only rough drafts and ANYTHING can be changed, rearranged, etc.
Once you have decided on your final design we will start the review phase.
3. Review & final approval
After receiving a .pdf file of your final design, you will be asked to thoroughly check for any errors, and any other necessary changes.
Any requested changes that are of no fault to the designer will be included in the final price.
You must approve all proofs before any designs are sent to print. The remaining balance for your design and any additional printing charges will be due prior to printing. If you choose to complete printing on your own, Designs by Maxayn S. will be happy to provide you with the necessary electronic files to meet your printing needs for a small additional fee.
